Friday night (next week!) on 4/11 we’re kicking off early for the Miami Loco Arts Festival at the 411 Space with the “Performance Art Reception” for the “Dial 411 For Information” Art Show. It’s to see all weekend, and as a place to relax, including poetry, story telling and a couple of acoustic acts booked on the Loco Band Schedule.
But Friday night until 11 pm will occur a mind altering journey of performance art, projection, experimental beauty and poetics, nonstop.

Starts early at 4:11pm, what can I say? Here’s the line up:
Visual Artists at the MIAMI LOCO ARTS FESTIVAL Show “Dial 411 For Information”, Curated by Ken Boe
And of course, refreshments will be Served at the “Performance Art Reception” on Friday 4/11 at 4:11 PM at the 411 Space on 411 Sullivan Street Miami AZ.
Next door to the new Meadery Meading Of The Minds LLC with a number of artists, musicians and vendors including Tucson’s breakout artist Tracy Brown.
The Performance Artists Friday night will include:
5pm – Crisis Sisters: Lisa Pirro and Cleopache,
with Vic Void.
6pm – Shai-Lee Horodi, projection.
7pm – Butoh Sonics, sound sculpture and dance.
8pm – Heironymous Bogs, poetry, song and ritual.
9pm – Ken Boe with David Alexander McDonald, poetry to Electronic Music: The Alien Aesthetics Poems.
10 pm – Andrew van Baal on the Kaoscillator, transcending the false dualities of chaos and order.
Performance times vary, but will average around 40 minutes and 11 seconds.
ARRIVING ON THURSDAY? Be sure to attend my new exhibition WIND (video above), of large canvas whip paintings at a freshly painted and stunning The Lyric Soda Fountain in the Miami Art Works Block next to Thee 23 Skidoo. We’ll have an art reception there at 5pm to 7pm on 3/10/25 concurrent to the new Resilient Hub “Lear Garden” party out back. Also at Miami Art Works next door is the Cat Show which I’ll have a brand new whip painting for in addition to these, and one at 411 Space.
